J&T Express: 2-5 business days within Luzon; 5-7 business days outside Luzon. COD options include an additional handling fee. Tracking numbers provided after dispatch.
Buyers must report damages within 48 hours of receiving items, with photo/video evidence. Returns accepted within 7 days in original condition. Refunds or replacements are at our discretion and processed within 7 business days.
Store peptides at 2-8°C (refrigerated). After reconstitution, use within 28-45 days. Do not freeze unless specified. Keep away from direct sunlight.
